ARTIST
DEVELOPMENT

The 12-month plan to turn a viral song into a recognized artist, and a real fanbase that knows his name and his face.

01 The Disconnect

"Now or Never" went viral.
But there is still a disconnect.

"Now or Never" did everything a hit is supposed to do. It just did it for the song, not the man behind it. That gap is the entire reason we're here.

The Song → Awareness
204M
Spotify streams
UK Certified Silver. #1 Spotify Global Viral 50. #9 Global Shazam. Top 5 in Austria & Switzerland. Cosigned by Mbappé & Lamine Yamal.
Certified Silver 🇬🇧 #1 Viral 50 Global charting
VS
The Artist → Demand
A FEW
tickets sold
A self-booked headline European tour, in the same markets where the record is huge, sold only a handful of tickets. Big song awareness, artist demand still catching up.
No fan capture yet Faceless virality Name not landing yet
And the fix isn't a bigger song. The Lil Baby remix proved the law: more virality only feeds the song, never the man. You can't buy recognition. You build it.
02 Diagnosis

Why the gap opened

The TikTok edit campaigns worked because the song is that good, but they were faceless. Every wave built the sound and starved the artist. Three compounding failures:

A His face was never in the frame

The edits that made "Now or Never" ubiquitous were soccer highlights. His name, face and story rode nowhere inside them. The equity leaked entirely to the track: a great song with an anonymous author.

B No layer to catch the fans

204M streams and zero owned audience. No email, no SMS, no community. The gap between a viral stream and a ticket is a relationship that was never built, so demand had nowhere to live.

C The co-signs didn't land yet

He has been in the rooms, around peers and culture. But with his name and face still not established, those moments didn't convert. Seeing him next to known artists, the honest reaction was often "who is this?" instead of recognition. The proximity was there; the payoff wasn't.

D The talent was never the problem

When people actually meet him, they become fans. The NYC and MLS crowds proved it in person, the music connects and the person connects. What's missing is simply recognition at scale: the world knowing the name and face behind the sound.

03 The Thesis
Tkandz is not a one-hit wonder. The world already knows the sound. Now we make it know the artist.

So we stop selling the songs. For 12 months we run a deliberate weld of his name, face and story onto the music, everywhere, on repeat, on purpose, until the world knows the artist as well as it knows the melody.

The Re-Introduction

We relaunch him as "the Lagos-born, Essex-raised prodigy who taught himself to make music and turned a self-made record into a UK-Silver hit at 18." An origin worth rooting for, led in every rollout, so strangers finally get a person, not just a hook.

The Sound of Motivation
His real lane isn't football, it's motivation, personified. The voice for anyone grinding, rising, refusing to fold. Bigger ceiling than "football rapper."
Football is a door, not a cage
The biggest pillar, capped at ~25–30% of output. It's how the world walks in, not the room he lives in. Rapper-first, always.
Aura, protected on purpose
Total access to craft, story & personality. Zero access to private life or neediness. Accessible without ever tipping into corny.
04 The Strategy

Six pillars

Each one attacks the recognition gap from a different angle. Together they are the machine. Tap a pillar to open the plays.

05 The Roadmap

12 months, four phases

Foundation → scene credibility → the US break → a compounding fanbase. Each phase has a single objective and hard KPIs.

06 Live Strategy

Never headline into the void again

The play isn't "book a bigger tour." It's put him in engaged rooms next to credible peers, and only ever sell tickets to demand we've already proven. The one verified, on-brand, bookable vehicle right now:

Why it works

Puts his name & face in front of 400–900-cap engaged rooms night after night, and buys the exact scene credibility virality never delivered. Standing next to a respected UK peer is the literal antidote to "one-hit anomaly." It hits several of his warmest markets.

Frame it honestly

Sonic fit is moderate (Fimi's crowd is rage/plugg; Tkandz is melodic-motivational) and by single-record scale Tkandz is arguably the bigger name. So: a tight 2–4 date UK run, framed internally as credibility, not audience growth, never a full-tour buy.

Parallel swings & aspirational targets
Central Cee Aspirational
The dream co-sign, near-perfect audience overlap, football-native, the proven UK-to-US template. Chase a 2027 leg via label and agent.
⚠ No firm 2026 arena dates locked yet; pursue in parallel.
Nemzzz True Peer
The strongest genuine peer match, same age, same melodic-drill lane, comparable stature (no ego mismatch). Ideal partner for a 2027 US festival-routing play.
✓ Actively touring US + EU. Very bookable.
Ghetts Credibility
His "biggest headline tour to date," December 2026, will need supports. Strong real-artist credibility, though it ages him up; fit is moderate.
✓ Confirmed Dec 2026 UK run.
⚑ Critical caveat: the US North Star needs its own vehicle

Every confirmed live option is UK/EU-only. European Silver does not auto-translate to America. The US break rides the warm door instead: intimate guaranteed-sellout NYC rooms, an MLS/NWSL matchday residency, and a Central Cee-style culture-bridge moment, then route toward Rolling Loud 2027.

07 Momentum

The first 30 days

High-leverage moves we can start this week, most cost little and compound fast.

08 Accountability

We stop counting streams.
We start counting fans.

Virality already lied to us once. These are the metrics that actually track recognition and fanbase depth.

09 Guardrails

What could break it

Every risk has a built-in mitigation. The biggest one: a major label defaulting to "just push the song."

KNOW THE SONG.
KNOW THE NAME.

He already made the hit. The job for the next 12 months is singular: make the world recognize the artist who made it, his name, his face, his story, and build a community that shows up. That's how a viral moment becomes a career.
